Effective March 2, 2020, anyone wishing to reserve the Nord Kalsem Community Center or the Safe Room must contact the City’s Parks and Recreation Department. A $150 deposit is required before any reservations can be made for either facility. Reservations can be made at the Parks and Recreation desk from 8 am to 5pm, or to check for availability call 515-597-2515.
