The Ballard Clothes Pantry is located at the corner of North Main St. and US Highway 69 at 605 N Main Avenue Suite 105. This service is free to anyone in the Ballard Community. Hours: Wednesday 4 PM-6 PM, Saturdays 10 AM-Noon, Sundays 1 PM-3 PM. Appointments available by calling Jeriann McLaughlin at 515-597-2971 Ext 2190 or 515-291-3543. Donations are welcome.

The Ballard Clothes Pantry accepts donations and items donated must be able to be used during the active season.

The Ballard Kiwanis Club was formed in 2015 and the goal of this organization is to help the Ballard Community through volunteering and through projects that benefit the Ballard Community.

Monthly meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday’s of each month.
1st meeting of each month is held at the Ballard Country Club beginning at 11:45am.
3rd meeting of the each month is helfd at the Ballard High School beginning at 6:45am.

Huxley Food Pantry is located at 503 E. 1st Street, behind the south Casey’s.

Hours are:

Wednesday evenings from 6-7 pm
Thursday mornings from 10-11 am
